2 States is back in news and while there are rumours abound that Imran Khan has been signed to play the male lead in the film, the slot is still open for the female lead. Few contenders who have emerged for the role are Deepika Padukone, Asin and Priyanka Chopra. Though one waits to hear an official announcement from the makers, one of the three making the final cut isn’t being ruled out.
