Roasted Gram Jaggery Ladoo
Fried Gram Dal Ladoo is one of the quickest and healthiest snacks to prepare. It is loaded with an iron and protein contents.
This traditional and mouth watering South Indian sweet stings our taste buds as it really tastes yummy.

Ingredients:
- Roasted gram dal or fried gram or pottukadalai : 2 cups
- Jaggery : 2 cups
- Cardamom pwd : ½ tsp
- Ghee : 1 tsp
Method:
- Take a thick bottomed pan.
- Add jaggery powdered and little water.
- Heat it with the stirring, till the jaggery turns to thick syrup consistency.
- Now add the fried gram, cardamom powder and ghee. Mix well.
- Turn off the flame and keep aside for about 5 minutes.
- Shape into the small round balls.
- Healthy and delicious ladoo ready to give the deliciou taste...:)
