You're looking for items that have a steady

Toktz ket-xil is a fantastic ranged defence to avoid a tiny penality for attacking from a distance. A good trade-off. A Ring of Life - Mainly for the lack of other things to RS gold give. There could be a major issue and I've got some expensive things. I may replace with archer's the ring should I ever need to buy one.

And here's my inventory when you leave my bank I have 2 ranged and 2 Super Defense Potions. These are used to speed up my travels. I keep them in my bank and replenish once you feel the effects of your last dose have gone away. 16 Monkfish - My go-to meal to start with. While I eat, replace these with bones. 1 gp/50 Nats/Fire staff - I stack the majority of items that aren't stackable and, if I require more nats (I rarely go through a lot) The Aviansies are more plentiful.

Trollheim Teleport - Well, to get to the God Wars Dungeon. These inv. slots are replaced by Adamantite Bars along with Broad-Tipped Bolts. Mithril Grapple – For getting into Armadyl's Eyrie (and pretending to be Luke Skywalker). Varrok Tele-Tab for quick acess at the Grand Exchange to sell me things. 10 , Bones, to Peaches Tabs to replenish my stock of food after I have eaten the monkfish.

Like I said I'm staying through 8 rounds of Ranged Potion (my defence level never drops below its lowest level and Super Defence Potions are cheap anyway). I usually be able to spot a clue in 3 out of 4 runs, so I usually do it before the next run to increase the chance of getting another. I usually get my kill count to around 125 in the time of one run. This gives me about 325k in profits.

You're looking for items that have a steady fluctuation that is, if it's logical. It is something that changes, but predictably. To see when things will rise or drop outside of this time frame, keep an eye out for big updates such as weekend xp doubles or new quests. Try to merch items that lots of people use to increase their skill, and do it in large quantities.

When buying on the exchange, I tend to go somewhere between 5%-10% below medium cost. You can then sell it once the price rises for at least 5%-10% higher, or buy Runescape gold you could create one of your own "wholesale" price that will usually draw greater attention from sellers selling outside the g.e.
