In a report published by the Walter Reed Army Medical Center, a lipstick company decreased its product’s price from $67 to $9.90 because it contained lead – a chemical which can cause cancer.
The higher the lead content, the greater the chance of causing cancer. If your lipstick stays longer, it is because of the high content of lead.
